DESCRIPTION OF BUSINESS
The Group was established in May 2004 and operates an indoor fish farm located in Lymington, Hampshire.
With the increased public concern about the declining wild fish stock and the risks associated with outdoor fish farm techniques, the market opportunity exists for producing high quality, farmed fish from a sustainable stock in a controlled environment.
The Group currently grows Barramundi, a white-fleshed Australian native fish and sells its product to the wholesale, retail and restaurant markets in Great Britain.
The Group's aims are to deliver consistent, high quality Barramundi every day, to use sustainable methods of production that minimise environmental impact and to ensure that consumers receive a healthy and enjoyable experience.
The Group's product is sold under the trade name "New Forest Barramundi".
